Bougie et Senteur develops and produces scented candles, cosmetic candles, fine fragrances and home fragrance ranges under your own brand. Every project is handled by one in-house team: perfumers, cosmetic formulators, regulatory specialists and production planners working in the same building.

Yes. Our perfumers work with essences sourced around Grasse to build exclusive accords from a written brief or an existing reference. Every submission includes the olfactory pyramid, the IFRA conformity category and a burn or diffusion test report so your team can validate performance before industrial production.
Our regulatory team prepares the documentation required to place products on the EU market: cosmetic product safety reports (CPSR) and CPNP notification for cosmetics under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, CLP classification and labelling for candles and diffusers, allergen declarations, safety data sheets and ADR transport information.
A typical development cycle runs from 4 to 8 weeks for fragrance creation and sampling, followed by 5 to 8 weeks of manufacturing once artwork, components and regulatory files are approved. Repeat orders on existing formulas are usually produced within 4 to 6 weeks.
